Office Hours for Assistance

The Central (CERT) Certification Program is seeking to ensure that all information within the database is up to date. To do this, we have requested each certified firm respond to our request to confirm their information in the system is accurate and up to date. 

Certified firms may schedule a 30 minute, 1:1 with one of our team members if there is a need for additional technical assistance in responding to our request to confirm and/or update your information in the CERT system related to the database clean up process.

Office hours. Wednesdays, between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST.

Location. Virtually, via Google Meet. A meeting link will be added to your calendar invitation after you finish scheduling your 1:1 meeting. Click here to schedule a 1:1.
